It is with a deep sense of gratitude that I write this testimony, in the hope that it may help others.

Before becoming interested in Christian Science I was a great sufferer, and one of the conditions that gave cause for anxiety was the loss of my hair, which came out so badly, particularly on one side of my head, that it was thought I should have to wear a wig. I had doctors' and also a specialist's advice, and underwent treatment for a long time, but with no improvement.

I had begun the study of our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, but had not applied its teachings to the problem of my hair.
