We are now in the third year of the work of this committee since its reorganization. The first year was spent in establishing the work on a firm foundation.

In Sing Sing Prison at Ossining, New York, there is an "Inside Inmates' Committee for Work in Christian Science." To become a member of this committee one must prove himself to be an earnest student of Christian Science, strive to live in accordance with its teachings, attend the Christian Science services regularly, and have overcome such evil habits as smoking, swearing, gambling, et cetera.

The chairman of the committee says, "In the library, where the writer is occupied, there are seven out of nine men employed in this department who are interested in Christian Science."
