It is with a feeling of deep gratitude to God, to Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, and to all those who have aided me in the struggle to overcome error that I relate the following healings which I have had.

Through Christian Science I have been freed from serious lung trouble, and from stomach trouble. The latter, according to the diagnosis of a physician, was a condition of ulcers, partly callous. In both instances I received treatment from practitioners who, with selfless love and great patience, helped me to think rightly, so that I commenced, even though in a small degree, to understand man's relation to God.

In the first of the cases mentioned above I received absent treatment, and after a few weeks I was wholly free from the fear of that which, according to material sense, I believed to be detrimental to my health. When this fear was overcome, I was free and healed. What I felt that moment, when I apprehended the healing power, the calm and peace, of divine Mind, is to me beyond expression; it was the turning point of my life.
