In Saturday's issue of the Telegraph you published an article entitled "Telepathy and All That." The article refers to cures "wrought by suggestion," and adds: "But it is essential to suggest to the patient that there has been no suggestion. This the Christian Science healers know well."

Christian Scientists do not use a method of suggestion, but they do know God well. Christ Jesus knew God so well, and also man as His spiritual reflection, that no suggestion of man as anything but spiritual could enter his consciousness. This knowing healed and saved men then, and Christian Scientists today are following the Master by doing the works in the same way by knowing God, and man made in His image and likeness.
