When I first heard of Christian Science it was through the healing of a relative, but, as we were all in good health, I was not interested. Afterwards I began to study it, and have been greatly blessed.

For many years I was troubled at times with intense pain in my hip. I asked a practitioner for help, and was healed instantly, and the pain has never returned.

Our little girl and I were troubled with eczema on our hands. I worked for both of us as we are taught in Christian Science, knowing the unreality of the ailment. A little later I received a letter and a post card from another daughter. I read the card first. She said, "You must have received my letter the day I wrote it, for my hands are perfecctly well." Then I read the letter, which was written before the card. In it she requested me to give her a treatment, as her hands were affected with eczema. This disease was believed to be inherited in our family, and as I had handled the claim of inheritance thoroughly, the manifestation had vanished simultaneously for all three of us.
