The article entitled "Health Hints" by your medical correspondent...

Weekly Post

The article entitled "Health Hints" by your medical correspondent contains a reference which may mislead your readers by confusing Christian Science with suggestion.

Suggestion is based on the action of the carnal mind, which St. Paul terms "enmity against God," and it does not enter into the practice of Christian Science. Christian Science practice, on the other hand, is based on the spiritual understanding of the truth of being to which Christ Jesus referred when he said, "If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." The application of this understanding heals the sick and reforms the sinner in fulfillment of our Master's command.

In the last analysis, the victory is with truth and righteousness and justice and goodness and liberty. These are the eternal verities; and in the end they win!
