I feel that the time has come when I should give thanks through the Sentinel for all that Christian Science is doing for me. I have found that this Science solves every problem when faithfully applied, and as Mrs. Eddy says in Science and Health (p. 167), "Only through radical reliance on Truth can scientific healing power be realized."

When I first started the study of this Science, I was anxious to be healed of stomach trouble to which I had been subject for many years. This anxiety for a physical healing had to be overcome, and the practitioner to whom I had gone for treatment gently led my thought to the study of God and my true relationship to Him. During these months of study I experienced other healings. And as the months grew into years and my understanding of the teachings of Christian Science and its application increased, the old beliefs and troubles disappeared.

I have been healed of excessive cigarette smoking, social drinking, and gambling, of lumbago, influenza, a strained muscle in my back, and in a few days of extreme nervous exhaustion with anemia. All family problems and servant problems have also yielded to the truth.
