"I know better"

Suppose you went to visit a little friend who had never been to a Christian Science Sunday School, and had not been taught that divine Love is always here.

Suppose she had been taught to be afraid of many evil things, all of them unreal; would you begin to believe in them too? No, you would say, "I know better!"

And if she were still afraid, then you would help her. You most likely would go with her into the dark room she feared, turn on the light, and help her to know there were no bogies, no evil things hidden anywhere. You would know better!
