Extracts from Reports of Christian Science Committees on Publication

The year under review was, happily, singularly free from incidents in press or pulpit calling for action of a corrective nature.

Although it has not been found practicable to obtain much publicity of constructive character, still it is cause for gratitude that the year passed almost entirely without unjust public references to Christian Science or our Leader in northern and eastern India.

On several occasions when it was anticipated that reference of a misleading character regarding Christian Science might appear in the daily press, action was taken which prevented its appearance, and very friendly relations have been maintained with the editors of leading daily papers in this territory.
