Thank you for reporting in last week's issue that the two groups of colored people that have been holding informal Christian Science services on Central Avenue have decided to consolidate. But it is regrettable that there were other particulars in your news item that gave a wrong impression. Therefore, may I say that the meeting on Friday evening to discuss the establishment of a new Christian Science church or society for colored people was well attended and was harmonious and inspiring.

God, divine Love, is actively giving blessings to mankind. He sends forth a continuous stream of good, which reaches all who turn to Him with a desire for spiritual growth. Christ Jesus pointed the way for men and women in every age to enjoy these blessings when he counseled his adherents to be humble, honest, and unselfish, and to have greater love for God and their fellow men.
