"In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried to my God: and he did hear my voice out of his temple, and my cry did enter into his ears."

Over fifteen years ago I turned to Christian Science for physical healing. I was at that time in a most deplorable condition physically, mentally, and financially. Physicians advised an operation, the diagnosis being appendicitis and tumor. I also had impaired hearing. After weeks of treatment with an ear specialist I was informed that it would soon be necessary for me to resort to the use of an ear trumpet.

With the help of a Christian Science practitioner, who encouraged me to study "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, together with the Bible, I was completely healed. One of the physicians who had formerly recommended an operation acknowledged the healing to be perfect and advised me to continue in Christian Science.
