It is with deep gratitude for Christian Science that I send this testimony. It was over seventeen years ago that I experienced the healing of a severe case of nettle rash which had been on my body for several years. I was instantaneously healed one morning while reading the first few chapters in the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. My next healing, several months later, was of constipation. This healing was accomplished in four days with the help of a practitioner. I am happy to say that both these healings have been permanent.
I am grateful for the many healings which our two young sons have had, such as healings of measles, chicken pox, whooping cough, and nervous rectum trouble. I am also grateful for all the activities of the Christian Science movement; for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church, and happy to have been able to serve in the Sunday school. Words are inadequate to express my gratitude for Christian Science, God's richest gift to this age. I can truly say that when the teachings of Christian Science are properly applied quick and permanent results are obtained.
