Words fail to express my gratitude to God for the many blessings which have come into my life since I was led to Christian Science.

After studying Christian Science for a few weeks I threw away all my medicine, and since that time I have never used a material remedy of any kind. With the loving help of a Christian Scientist I have been healed of the fear of passing on, of headaches to which I had been subject since childhood, and of constipation of many years' standing. Also, many undesirable traits of character are gradually being overcome.

I am deeply grateful to Mrs. Eddy for her faithful, loving work, which has brought to mankind a more complete and demonstrable understanding of God's word as recorded in the Bible. I am very thankful for all the Christian Science literature, for the Sunday school, and for the fact that I have learned that it is possible to follow the Biblical command, "Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you." I also feel an ever increasing sense of gratitude towards the dear friend who first brought Christian Science to me, and who has so lovingly and patiently helped me when the way seemed dark and stormy.
