It has been over twenty years since I first heard of Christian Science. I early called upon a practitioner for help for chronic sick headaches, which I had experienced for many months. I was also wearing glasses, but shortly after reading "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy I was able to lay aside the glasses, and have never had to use them since. Not only have I been healed of those difficulties, but constipation, backache, and numerous other ailments have passed into their native nothingness through the study of Christian Science and the striving to put it into practice. But I consider these healings as nothing compared to the good which has come into my life through a better concept of God.
I have overcome many errors of disposition. I have grown more patient and loving; and indeed all things have become new through my knowledge of Christian Science. I have been helped in business in many ways, including the demonstration of supply, which I never could have experienced in any other way. I am exceedingly grateful for my activities in the church and Sunday school and for our periodicals, which bring us a message of comfort each day. I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church and a branch church; I am grateful to God, also to Mrs. Eddy, to the Christian Science lecturers, and to the practitioners who so lovingly give us help when called upon.
(Miss) Leora E. Milner, Michigantown, Indiana.
