A Warning

Word comes to us from cities in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and New York that, upon the strength of plausible stories, a woman claming to be a student of Christian Science is finding lodging in the homes of Christian Scientists, obtaining the services of practitioners and nurses, and after a week or two disappearing without compensating those concerned for their services, but using their names as references in other cities and sometimes inducing people to cash checks. It is said that she refers to well-known workers in the activities of The Mother Church and states that she is a pupil of a Boston teacher. This woman is accused of using several names, including those of Christian Scientists in Boston, instead of her own name.
