Three and a half years ago, with my brother and a friend, I attended for the first time a Christian Science Wednesday evening testimony meeting. We were very much pleased and began to attend these meetings regularly, for we felt we had found the right thing. At the end of six months I was suddenly stricken with nervous prostration, the result of mental agitation, which robbed me of the ability to think clearly. I suffered terribly; not a night could I sleep. My family sent for a nerve specialist, but my condition did not improve. My friend asked a Christian Science practitioner for help, which was kindly given me. After this treatment I slept the very first night and my thinking became clearer. After four weeks I was completely restored and enjoyed the best of health.

With my whole heart I am grateful to God for all the goodness He has shown me, as well as to Mary Baker Eddy for her wonderful teaching, and to the practitioner for her help.—(Miss) Elisabeth Boerner, Chemnitz, Germany.
