Your last two issues have contained excerpts from lectures adverse to Christian Science in which the lecturer makes gross misrepresentations about the Leader of the Christian Science movement, Mary Baker Eddy, and presents an interpretation of Christian Science which is the antipode of Christian Science at almost every point.

It would be difficult to answer all the points raised in a short letter; but to correct some of the misrepresentations and misconceptions for the benefit of your readers, I ask space in your columns.

The lecturer's criticisms in substance are those which the opponents of the healing Christ brought forward even in the days of Jesus.
