The Lectures
Eshowe, Zululand, South Africa (Society).
Lecturer: Paul Stark Seeley; introduced by William George Whymark, who said:—
It is now over sixty years since the discovery of Christian Science by Mary Baker Eddy, and since then it has been fully tested; and many thousands to-day can thank God for the healing and regeneration which they have experienced through its teaching. I am but one of many here to-night who can testify to the truth that Christian Science does heal. Twenty years ago I was antagonistic to Science. A dear friend became interested, and when I attempted to argue I was asked what I really knew about Christian Science anyway; thereupon I looked into the subject.
