I want to express my gratitude for the many blessings I have received through Christian Science. When about twelve years of age I was taken suddenly ill with infantile paralysis in its severest form. It was a hard struggle and at times things looked pretty dark, but the omnipotence of God was proved. When I returned to school after a year's time I shall never forget how surprised the teachers and children were to see me, and to see me not deformed but perfectly normal. That God is ever present and is the only Life was again shown to us when our little girl was born. For the many blessings that have come to me, too numerous to mention, I am most grateful to God and to Mary Baker Eddy, who was sufficiently spiritual to be a channel for the revelation of this new-old truth.
