I am grateful for a beautiful healing through Christian Science

I am grateful for a beautiful healing through Christian Science. I had been suffering with ear trouble for several months, hearing a constant buzzing sound. I applied the truth diligently, with apparently very little relief; so I asked a practitioner for help, and within a very short time the error disappeared, the hearing being clearer than ever before.

During the time I was struggling with the error, I often thought of what Mrs. Eddy says in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 7): "The 'divine ear' is not an auditory nerve. It is the all-hearing and all-knowing Mind, to whom each need of man is always known and by whom it will be supplied." The Christian Scientist knows this. He knows that his real, spiritual self is ever under the protection of the all-hearing and all-knowing Mind; that the needs of this real self are always supplied, and it is this understanding which meets his human needs.

Christian Science has swept away many erroneous beliefs about God, man, and the universe, and has replaced them with the real, which is genuine. With a thought full of joy I express my gratitude for membership in The Mother Church and one of its branches.
