With a grateful heart I wish to testify to the love of God which I have been privileged to experience in Christian Science. I have known of Christian Science for six years, and have already been successful in applying it. About three years ago error tried to upset me physically. I had pain in both shoulders so severe that I felt as though they were being drawn from my body. As I had to do a great deal of lifting and carrying in my business, it seemed impossible sometimes to do my work. At that time my slight understanding of Christian Science was not enough to overcome the great fear I had, so I asked a practitioner for help. This was lovingly given, and I was completely healed. I did not have to miss work at all. The following words kept coming into my thought: "Lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world." Since then I know what God's love can do for us, if we seek Him and His righteousness.

I am sincerely grateful to our dear Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, and to the practitioner who led me to Christian Science.—Ernst Hagman, St. Margrethen, Switzerland.
