I have had many healings in Christian Science. Constipation was healed through the study of the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy. Influenza, which lasted but a few days, was overcome without the aid of a practitioner. One spring my daughter manifested a form of itch which seemed prevalent in the city schools. Later our little girl aged six had the same trouble. I asked help for the little girl and the healing was instantaneous. My other daughter then asked for help from the same practitioner and was healed immediately. The difficulty has never made its appearance since, which proves that it was destroyed.

I spilled boiling lard over my hand and arm. At first the pain was so severe that I could hardly think. I took Science and Health and read it, even though I had to walk the floor. Soon the pain ceased. I did my work—washed dishes and did my washing—without pain. There was only a red place, which disappeared in a short time.

I am very grateful for Christian Science, which is an ever present help in time of trouble; for the Lesson-Sermons and the periodicals; for the loving practitioners, and for the love which Christian Scientists have for everyone.
