I found Christian Science over twenty-nine years ago and loved it from the first, but was slow to grasp the wonderful truth it was teaching and leading me into. I have been healed of gall-bladder trouble, also of varicose veins and heart trouble of long standing. Quinsy, which had troubled me for ten years, both fall and spring, disappeared under the power of the Christ, Truth. I cut my finger one day very badly. I was about to receive twelve guests for a dinner party, but was able to get to the telephone and call a Christian Science practitioner for help. This was given, and I was able to go on with the receiving of my guests and the serving of dinner, no remarks being made. There was no after trouble.

Once I was under a difficulty for many weeks. The trouble was a nervous breakdown. I was unable to be out of bed for several weeks, and some days was unconscious. Help was given me by a Christian Science practitioner and the difficulty disappeared never to appear again. Many other troubles have disappeared under the power of Truth.

For all of these I am deeply grateful; but the greatest blessing of all is the understanding of the ever present power of Truth and the peace it brings, no matter how dark to mortal sense the day may seem. To be about my Father's business is my greatest joy.
