During the past fourteen or more years through our dependence on Christian Science we have had many wonderful experiences in our family. I have been healed of many ills, such as extreme nervousness, stomach and bowel trouble, which I now know were manifestations of fear, doubt, lack, resentment, and other "foxes, that spoil the vines." These have been replaced by kindness and a greater and broader sense of love for my fellow-men. In other words, I have learned that as I correct my own thinking I am able to see all mankind in a better light. The members of our family have been wonderfully taken care of. So many times the children would come home from school and complain of illness. In the proportion that I could keep fear out of my consciousness I was able to heal the condition with Truth, sometimes instantly, sometimes within a few hours; for which we were very thankful.

I should like to tell of the experience at the birth of our last child. It was a happy event, for I felt so clearly that I was not subject to any false material law, since in reality God's law, the law of good, is the only real law. I knew if I lived in accord with that law, I was under divine protection. The birth was painless, and all through a couple of hours in that early morning came the beautiful words from a well-known hymn:
