It is a joyous privilege to express my gratitude for the many blessings that have come to me through the study and application of Christian Science. I have been healed of very serious bowel trouble, of a broken arm, of colds and many other ills.

One night about six years ago I received word that my brother was very ill, and wanted me to come to him. It was very cold, and a light snow had fallen, covering the ice, which made walking difficult. I fell, and I knew I had broken my arm, as I heard the bone crack. The last thing I remember was saying, "There are no accidents in divine Mind." I do not know how long I lay there, but when I realized where I was I began working in Science, and soon went into the house. My niece saw that I had fallen and was alarmed, but I said nothing. My brother seemed better, and was asleep. Shortly afterward I retired to try to work out my problem, but I did not sleep much that night. In the morning my arm was badly swollen and discolored. I called a practitioner, and in a very short time was free from pain. My family was greatly disturbed because I did not have a doctor see it. In about ten days I went to a doctor, who examined it and said the bones had been broken in two places but that the fracture was completely reduced. To-day that arm is as normal as the other one.

For this and many other blessings I am very grateful; and I thank our revered Leader, Mary Baker Eddy, for showing us how to work out our problems in everyday life.
