Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for the blessings of Christian Science during a period of over twenty years. I have experienced many quick healings, never having been sick a whole day during this time. A case of diphtheria was instantly healed in the midst of medical interference and domination through earnest study, so that the symptoms disappeared before any one was aware of them.

Some time ago I was suddenly stricken with chills and fever accompanied by sensations of trembling and fainting. As I was lying down listening to the reading from "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, the thought suddenly came to me that I must be consistent with the declaration of Truth. So I arose, though the suffering was as intense as ever. The desire to act consistently with the higher sense that came through the study broke the spell, or illusion of sickness, and healing was accomplished at once.

During school years, and later in my profession, I have been profoundly grateful for the teaching that when we look to divine Mind for guidance we cannot but receive the strength, wisdom, every requisite, to do whatever we are required to do.
