Christian Science was presented to me by a friend. With the steady help of a practitioner for several months, I was healed of tuberculosis. I had been under the care of many doctors, several of them specialists. Through Christian Science I was healed of a tubercular limb. I had been through three operations, was in a plaster cast for two years, and was at the hospital most of the time for nine years. After my last operation the doctors decided it was best not to operate again, as each time one infected piece of bone was removed another piece became tubercular. I was told I would never be able to walk without a brace, and would always have a stiff knee. To-day I can walk with no thought of a brace or even of a stiff knee. I was also healed of tubercular glands, of a supposedly incurable goiter of long standing, and of chronic abscess in the ear, which the specialist said would make me stone deaf in three months or less.

Besides all this, through Christian Science I have overcome chronic sick headaches and unconscious spells, as well as neuritis, for which I had taken electric and massage treatments for ten years. I feel very grateful for these healings, which were made possible through Mrs. Eddy's book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures;" also for the help which was so lovingly given me. I am more than all grateful to God, from whom all good comes.
