After suffering great weakness and much pain for eleven months, I gave up medicine, massage, and baths, and turned to Christian Science. All I wanted at that time was relief from sickness, and the belief that I would die—for I had been told I could never be well again. I received help immediately, and in a few days was able to take a short walk out of doors. The healing was complete in about a week. There was no period of convalescing. I was healed at the same time of many boils. I slept all night for the first time in a year. I have never had a return of any of those troubles. My heart, which was weak and irregular, is perfectly regular and strong now. Christian Science healed me physically and has given me wisdom—education in spiritual things—which is greater and more precious than rubies.

Christian Science has helped me over all the rough places—business troubles and other troubles that one has to meet and overcome in one's journey from sense to Soul. There has never been an occasion when I have used it that the victory over evil has not been most gratifying, proving Mrs. Eddy's words in "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" (p. 571), "Know thyself, and God will supply the wisdom and the occasion for a victory over evil." In my family mumps, whooping cough, measles, sprains, cuts, broken bones, influenza, abnormal growths, hemorrhoids, and many other ills have been healed through Christian Science.

My gratitude to Mrs. Eddy, one of the greatest benefactors mankind has ever known, knows no bounds.
