About six years ago I became deeply interested in Christian Science. While reading the textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, I was healed of an extremely nervous, irritable, and sensitive disposition and a tendency toward debility and delicacy. Through applying the truth I had learned by studying the textbook I was able to heal my little girl of chronic constipation and skin trouble, which the doctors had not been able to cure. There has been no return of these discords; her skin is clear and healthy, with no sign of disfigurement. Upon his return from Mesopotamia my husband found us harmonious and healthy. His very homecoming was a demonstration made through the application of the teachings of Christian Science.

I am grateful for membership in The Mother Church, for class instruction, and for the innumerable opportunities to do good that Christian Science offers. I am also grateful for the peace and protection it has afforded us. It has made the Bible our comfort and companion, and has brought us continuous good health, joy, and prosperity.

It is my sincere desire to prove, by doing good, my thankfulness to God for the blessed return of pure and primitive Christianity, which has so helped humanity since Mrs. Eddy's discovery and application of spiritual law.
