Love's Message

Heed thou the message which Love doth impart—
Freedom from bondage for each earnest heart.
Love is the fount whence all happiness flows,
Love will provide for us as for the rose
Cared for by Mind, never failing in grace,
Clothed by the goodness which naught can efface,
Giving its beauty and fragrance so pure,
Helping mankind to look up and endure.
Daily to learn with each swift passing hour
More of the Love which sustains every flower;
Daily to glean more of that sweet repose
Found in the goodness which shelters the rose!
