Since I have been interested in Christian Science I have...
Since I have been interested in Christian Science I have had many proofs of healing; but my first healing I wish especially to relate,—that of tuberculosis, which had been diagnosed as such by one of the best physicians in this city. He worked faithfully for me, but held no hope for my recovery. As a last resort, he advised fresh air and special diet treatment at a sanitarium for such cases. Having heard of Christian Science through a sister who had been greatly benefited by it, and realizing medical science could do nothing for me, I immediately decided to try Christian Science. Through the help of a practioner I experienced immediate relief, was out of bed in two weeks, and permanently healed in two months. For this I am truly grateful, and for all the other healings I have received, spiritual and physical; also for membership in First Church of Christ, Scientist, in this city, and in The Mother Church, Boston, Massachusetts. Words cannot express my gratitude for Christian Science.—(Mrs.) Martha A. Evans, Richmond, Va.
It gives me great pleasure to bear witness to the truth of the above testimony of my sister, and also to testify that since being interested in Christian Science I have had many wonderful healings myself. I am truly grateful for Christian Science.
(Mrs.) Lillian L. Osborne, Springfield, Mass.
