Several years ago, I was healed of constipation by one week's absent treatment from a Christian Science practitioner. Since that time, the study of Christian Science has enabled me to overcome many false beliefs. An attack of grippe was destroyed in two days with the help of a practitioner. Three fingers of my left hand, which were badly crushed, the possible loss of one of them being predicted, were healed in a comparatively short time. A sense of limitation has been destroyed to a great extent; and self-consciousness and shyness have disappeared as a clearer sense of Love's ever-presence has been gained. For protection from so-called infectious diseases, from accidents and storms, and for all the good that has come to me through Christian Science, I am deeply grateful. It has also been my privilege and joy to demonstrate the truth for animals, with wonderfully quick healing results.

Living in the country, with few opportunities for attending the church services, our literature especially fills a great need. The testimonies in the Journal and Sentinel have very often helped me to destroy discouragement, and any false sense which would seek to hinder progress. I feel I can never be grateful enough to God for His loving care, and to Mrs. Eddy for giving this truth to the world in such a way that all may understand it.—(Miss) Nora E.
