About six years ago, the subject of Christian Science was broached to me by a foreman in the factory where I was employed. I did not at that time take it up for any physical healing; but I began the study of Mrs. Eddy's book, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," at once, became very much interested, and have continued ever since. I belong to First Church of Christ, Scientist, in this city, and am also a member of The Mother Church in Boston, Massachusetts. I was healed of typhoid fever in five days, by one of our Christian Science practitioners, and have been healed of many other physical ailments since then. My daughter was healed of a fibrous blood tumor by the same practitioner. Her healing was slow, but absolutely complete. I am very grateful that I took this step; and I cannot express in words the joy of the spiritual uplift which I am experiencing every day. I am very glad that we have the privilege of receiving the authorized literature. I am also so grateful to Mrs. Eddy for her patience in instructing us in the paths in which we should walk.—Nathaniel Adams, Reading, Pa.
