For over ten years Christian Science has been the only physician in our home. We have proved its efficacy in overcoming sickness of various kinds. Measles, mumps, chicken pox, influenza, ulcerated throat, bronchitis, are some of the troubles we have seen disappear. In some of these instances I have been able to meet the difficulty through my own understanding of the teachings of Christian Science; in others I have been grateful for the loving help of a practitioner. Through the study of this beautiful truth I am helped daily in overcoming fear, to which I was a slave in former days,—fear of sickness, accident, lack of supply. Sometimes a sentence from "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy has flashed into my consciousness like a ray of light. I am most grateful to our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, for her inspired writings, which have enabled me to understand the Bible intelligently, and thus to know God better.—(Mrs.) Mary L.
