I am sending this testimony in the hope that it may bring encouragement to others. Nearly thirteen years ago Christian Science found me an invalid. The first treatment received in Christian Science healed me of chronic constipation, sore spots on the lungs, and nervous prostration. To find myself well was indeed wonderful.

I took up the study of Christian Science; and although this met with antagonism, and I often found the way rugged, I persevered. Some years later, through the understanding of God's word, which Christian Science had given me, I was able to overcome instantaneously hemorrhage of the throat. I firmly denied the seeming condition, and was able to go out in the cold without fear or discomfort, simply knowing the truth about God's allness. Later, through the loving help of a practitioner, I was healed in two treatments of an eruption on my face and feet. The first treatment relieved me of the burning and itching, and with the second treatment the angry red blotches disappeared. I knew I was healed.

For these physical healings I am more grateful than words can express; but I am even more grateful still for the moral and spiritual uplift, for deliverance from self-pity and self-condemnation. What stands out as one of my greatest blessings is the healing of a sense of lack. I can now enjoy peace and confidence in God, as my loving Father. I give God the glory; and my gratitude is great indeed to Mary Baker Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, and to all who have helped me.
