Four years ago when I took up Christian Science I did it only to see what it was. I had heard and read of its healing work and I wanted to know about it. My husband was a doctor and that made it somewhat harder, as I had so much of the material to overcome. However, I kept on and became deeply interested in reading Science and Health, which was lent to me at first. Suddenly I realized that a broken-down arch was entirely healed. I had worn a supporter in my shoe and a bandage on my foot for over a year, but I took them off and have never worn them since.
I had a serious trouble of the rectum which had bothered me all my life and for which I had had two operations, and was obliged to use material remedies every day. I had been told by physicians that if neglected it would result in serious complications. This trouble was slow in yielding but through the help of loving practitioners I at last saw the erroneous mental cause and was cured. I am certainly thankful to divine Mind and to Mrs. Eddy for all my healings. I am grateful for the literature and feel we can never do without it. I love to read every bit of it.
Mrs. M. J. Taylor, Janesville, Minn.
