The Lectures

Chicago, ILL. (Eleventh Church).—Mrs. Blanche K. Corby, lecturer; introduced by Mrs. Emma E. Brauer, who said in part:—

In her Message for 1902, Mrs. Eddy writes: "If a postal service, a steam engine, a submarine cable, a wireless telegraph, each in turn has helped mankind, how much more is accomplished when the race is helped onward by a new-old message from God, even the knowledge of salvation from sin, disease, and death."

Christian Science is this message, a gift from God to man. Its Discoverer and Founder, Mary Baler Eddy, inspired by divine Love, brought this truth to hungry and storm tossed humanity, to those searching for more light. Christian Science not only heals sin, disease, and the fear of death but is a constant help in our daily living, and is teaching man how to pray with results. Those who are honest and sincere in the study and application of this Science, are seeing a great light, a light that destroys all sense of darkness, and leads into everlasting joy.
