I came to Christian Science for help at a time when all material remedies had been tried, and had failed to relieve me, and there found such benefits both mental and physical that it is my desire to give my testimony to the world.

Before coming into Christian Science I was greatly depressed, had lost interest in everything, was afraid to go on living, and yet was afraid to die. At this point Christian Science was called to my attention and upon visiting a practitioner I asked her if she could heal me. She said that God did the healing and there was no reason why I should not be healed. I attended the Wednesday evening testimony meetings and there received great encouragement. The textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy was purchased and study of it was begun. I also had treatments and was healed of a nervous breakdown, the fear of becoming insane, insomnia in its worst form, indigestion, constipation of many years' standing, and a great many minor ills. There are more which are slower to yield but I know that when I get a better understanding of God and man's relation to Him they will also be overcome.

I am thankful for the peace of mind which has come to me through the study of Christian Science, thankful to God and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for giving to the world again this truth which the Master and Way-shower said would make us free.—(Mrs.) Lena Eagle, Chicago, III.
