Science and Health was in my home for eight or nine months without being read. Then one evening, having nothing else to read, I picked it up, and after reading the book for two evening, I laid aside glasses which had been worn for astigmatism for over twenty years. When I began reading the book I had no idea of being healed of anything. Since then many discordant conditions have been overcome. I am most grateful for the understanding I have of Christian Science, and have found that when rightly applied the truth never fails. It replaces wrong thinking with right thinking and brings the peace of understanding.
