This testimony is sent in gratitude for the many blessings Christian Science is bringing to me and to the whole world. Daily I give thanks to our Father-Mother God for the truth taught by our blessed Master and later discovered by our brave, patient Leader, Mrs. Eddy. I give thanks for our literature, for the help and comfort of the church services, and for all who have helped me in my journey out of darkness into light. At times when the way has seemed long, the truth voiced and the love manifested by a faithful practitioner have helped to keep me in the narrow path. I am so grateful for the spiritual awakening, for the better understanding of God and of my relation to my brother man, which is helping me to overcome pride, self-will, selfishness, a bad temper, a tendency to criticize and condemn hastily, and to forgive all who have seemed to try to injure me. I have been healed of nervous prostration, rheumatism, neuralgia, influenza, fever, and many minor ills.

Christian Science heals sorrow most beautifully. In time of bitter sorrow, perhaps as bitter as the human heart can feel, I have been wonderfully comforted and sustained by knowing the power of Truth, the nearness of Love.
