For some time I have wanted to send a testimony to the Sentinel as an expression of gratitude for the many blessings that have come to me through Christian Science. The healing that seems to stand out most vividly is that of neuritis, which was overcome in one night. I am a violinist, and was preparing a program for some engagements. About ten days before the time for leaving home, I was stricken suddenly with this severe pain and could not lift my left arm. Having a friend who had not been able to comb her hair for six weeks on account of the same trouble, I was filled with fear. All that afternoon I treated myself, but was unable to conquer the fear that I would have to cancel my engagements. Next morning the condition was so much worse I was not able to arise, the whole left side being affected. At once I asked for treatment, and by four o'clock that afternoon was able to go through my entire program with only slight difficulty. The next morning there was no trace of the trouble. For this quick healing I was most grateful.

I have also had a number of beautiful experiences in overcoming stage fright. Other healings have come to me not so quickly as this one, but for each and every one of them I am grateful, and pray that I may live nearer to Principle and in a small way show my gratitude.
