When I was a child my mother was healed of curvature of the spine, appendicitis, peritonitis, an abnormal growth, and other diseases, through the prayer of a Christian Science practitioner. That was the opening of a new world to me. I entered the Christian Science Sunday school and straightway blessings began to pour in upon me. As I grew in understanding I was healed of defective sight, a weak ankle, neuralgia, influenza, tonsillitis, stomach trouble, and inharmonious organic action. I was also freed from the belief that I could not comprehend mathematics, and much of my false education was corrected.

One experience that is yet vivid to me is the overcoming of delirium. Ever since I can remember, the slightest illness made me delirious. About three years ago one of these attacks came on, and all night I seemed to be in two separate states of consciousness at once. I was the patient in a nightmare of delirium, and also the practitioner, and not for one moment did I let go' the fact that divine Mind is ever expressed. When the sun rose I was calm and well. I slept two hours, then arose and went about my work peacefully and happily. I was healthier than ever, because I was convinced that nothing could separate me from the love of God.

Unmeasured good has come to me through the study of Christian Science. Gratefully I acknowledge the blessings received through the Sunday school, the church services, and church membership, as well as through our periodicals, the lectures, and class instruction. People used to tell me that when I grew up I would find that life was not full of happiness, but since growing up I have found more happiness than I dreamed of when a child.
