I send this testimony with a heart overflowing with gratitude for the manifold blessings which have come into my life through the teachings of Christian Science. Seemingly fear had me in its grip; I was thoroughly bowed down and altogether miserable. Lastly a lump manifested itself on my leg, but through the loving, reassuring help of a dear friend I have been led step by step to look away from fear, with all its phantom terrors, and to look upward to God, our living, loving Father, who has not given His child "the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind." As the truth dawned on me fear slipped away into its native oblivion, and I now find myself in possession of that health and strength which God has never taken from His children.

I could tell of many instances of the saving power of God, and what a great joy it is to know that it is for each and all. My thoughts go out in thankfulness to the "Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning," for all His blessings.
