came recently to the writer, together with a deep sense of gratitude for the spiritual growth of a friend through very trying circumstances, a realization of how great, in human experience, is the need of faithfulness on the part of each individual.

In order to be better prepared to give spiritual help in the Army and Navy through Christian Science literature and in other ways, it is desired to secure the names and present complete mail address of all officers and men in the military, naval, or aero service of the United States and of its allies, who are Christian Scientists or who have shown an interest in Christian Science.
As the time approaches for a Christian Science lecturer to visit Australia once again, I feel I must express my gratitude, as it was through attending one of these lectures that I learned of the truth which has opened for me the way of freedom from many ills and misfortunes, from which I was told by doctors and clergy there was no escape.
I send this testimony with a heart overflowing with gratitude for the manifold blessings which have come into my life through the teachings of Christian Science.
