I am thankful to God for guiding me to our textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy. After having been driven nearly to despair by false religious teaching I was led to this blessed truth. Deep gratitude is felt for the overcoming of a belief in a so-called hell which seemed exceptionally real to me until the belief was destroyed by the understanding of Truth. I have been completely healed through Christian Science of bowel trouble, catarrh, colds, sore throat, and falling hair; and worry about business affairs has been replaced with confidence and assurance.

I never knew that the Bible taught the doctrine of the spiritual man until I took up Christian Science, but I soon found that the Scriptures are full of this truth about the perfect, sinless, spiritual man who is God's likeness. I am very grateful for all the Christian Science literature and for the Lesson-Sermons. I am grateful to Mrs. Eddy, who was found pure enough in God's sight to be the channel for this blessed truth.—M. G. Torson, Kansas City, Kan.
