Funds of The Mother Church

"I am inclosing my check for five dollars which I lovingly give toward the War Relief work. I realize that the material part of the giving is indeed but small, but with it go love and hearty cooperation in the work."

"At their meeting on October 22, 1917, the members of this church resolved to send the sum of twenty-five pounds to the War Relief fund of The Mother Church. It is sent in grateful appreciation of the help which has been given in this field, as well as in the world."

"I am inclosing herewith our check for $56.75 for the War Relief fund. As Christian Scientists, we realize the privilege of helping our cause through this channel and hope to be able to materially supply the present need through the fund which we are maintaining. With grateful appreciation for the loving work which is being so thoroughly accomplished by your committee, ..."
