While reading an article in the Sentinel, I was made to realize what an opportunity I had neglected by not giving a testimony for publication. Christian Science came into my life when I was a little girl, but it was not until after I was grown that I gained a proper appreciation of it, or tried to put into practice any of the truth that I had learned. I have been healed of a number of physical ills; among them were throat trouble, bronchitis, a sprained ankle, and burns. My disposition has been improved, and I am much happier. I am very grateful for the healings, of course, but far more for the joy and peace, the freedom from fear, the spiritual uplift and enlightenment that Christian Science has brought into my life.

The periodicals have been very helpful, always bearing a message, always meeting the need, and for them I am deeply thankful. I have not always been fortunate enough to live where there was a Christian Science church or a society; yet I feel it is a privilege to belong to The Mother Church and a branch church. I feel especially blessed in that I may forward my literature to the soldiers, thus enabling some one else to drink from the fountain of Life that has flowed so freely for me. I am very thankful to God and grateful to Mrs. Eddy for Christian Science, and earnestly desire to demonstrate its teachings more fully in my daily life.—(Mrs.) Bessie Doster, Durant, Miss.
