In accusing Christian Scientists of being guilty of spreading...
The Guardian
In accusing Christian Scientists of being guilty of spreading "antichristian" literature in big military centers, the critic is quite mistaken. There is no literature printed today and circulated throughout the world which for pure Christianity approaches the publications of The Christian Science Publishing Society. Each publication sets forth the highest Christian ethics. Ignorance and prejudice alone can account for the statement of our critic, for the merest tyro can see at a glance the high moral and Christian character of the literature. He would change his opinion, I am sure, if he read some of the correspondence received from the recipients of the Christian Science literature in all parts of the civilized globe. From every walk of life men and women and children have been helped and healed morally, mentally, and physically by the spiritual understanding they have gained through the perusal of these publications.
