This testimony is written in gratitude for the many blessings which have come to me through Christian Science, and with the hope that it may encourage some of the many earnest seekers for the truth.
About four years ago I heard for the first time of Christian Science.
Five years ago, when Christian Science was brought to our home, I was healed of nervousness, after having been under a physician's care for three years or more without any result.
I wish to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me.

I have always loved our Wednesday evening testimony...

I have always loved our Wednesday evening testimony meetings, and have been helped much by testimonies given there, consequently I have realized that necessary as it is to tell others at these meetings of the reason of the hope that is in us, it is also necessary to send our testimonies to the Sentinel or Journal.
With a heart overflowing with thankfulness to God I write this testimony of my healing of stomach trouble and bowel disorder through Christian Science.
I wish to relate a healing which occurred about three years ago, during the winter season.
