"Let them alone"

A short time ago, in reporting a meeting of the Chicago Medical Society, the Chicago Herald quoted from the views expressed by those in attendance as follows:—

"We gain nothing for ourselves, and do not injure Science by attacking it," said Dr. H. B. Hemingway of Evanston. "My advice would be to leave it alone. If it hasn't merit it will die of its own weakness."
